Time spent at our family's lake house is something that I have always cherished. Located way up Maine it's a place that you can really disconnect...I mean literally disconnect because there is no cell service, no internet, no phone, no social media...nothing. It's amazing, and it's one of the few places that after even a few days you feel completely refreshed.
Surrounded by rolling hills Sebec Lake is quite massive, which is perfect for morning views while sipping coffee, kayaking, stick throwing & frog hunting for the pups and lounging in the sun with a good book. The days are long & lazy and since my mom is around they are also filled with yummy snacks and meals. To me, this is the definition of Maine summer and I almost hate sharing it...because I don't want anyone to find our little gem.
Happy Tuesday & Cheers to summer lasting extra long this year.
