If there is one thing that I have learned over the years, it's to stick with what you know works for you. Trying new things is great - but for me when it comes to shoes I don't stray too far from my comfort zone. I stick with certain color palettes and styles because I have learned the hard way that a pair of shoes can make or break your night.
Here are some pairs that I am currently loving and lusting for to kick the weekend off in high spirits.
I seriously can't believe it's Friday already - and that August is nearly gone! I think someone has been stealing days from me while I sleep.
We've got a packed weekend and just two more weeks before we are off to FL to celebrate my birthday - which will be a well deserved little vacay.

I hate to say it...but I am feeling a little shift in the weather, and feel summer coming closer to its end than the beginning.
Now, don't get all up into arms over this statement - I am still 100% embracing summer - but I am starting to secretly look forward to crisp mornings & cool evenings.

It's a busy week for me traveling for work until Thursday - before rushing home for a local magazine event and to squeeze my boys who I am missing.
Sleeping alone is no fun.
